Super 3D Fun

Looking for an exciting .40-size sport aerobatic plane to keep you busy on the weekends? Especially one that's lightweight, fun, inexpensive and-most importantly-unintimidating? Hangar 9® has just the plane for you, one that's more aerobatic than typical planes of its size and is perfect for goofing around at the flying field with your buddies.

The new Twist 40 ARF is the most fun you can have at the flying field without getting arrested. It's extremely capable of sport 3D performance, and great fun to putter with on a bright Saturday afternoon. It's constructed from sturdy, lightweight balsa and plywood, and looks super-cool with its unique yellow, pink and purple UltraCote® trim scheme. Best of all, the Twist, with its deep bevels for 3D throw and counter-balanced rudder and elevators, provides plenty of aerobatic thrills without draining either your patience or your pocketbook.

For instance, the light wing loading and oversized control surfaces allow for incredible3Dmaneuvers. From hovers to harriers,knife-edge to flat spins, pick your poison-theTwistcan handle just about any aerobatic maneuver you can throw at it. Using a Saito™ .72, you can run the Twist through tight ten-foot loops and-unlike some fun-fly planes-full-throttle high-speed runs. Heck, even hover and torque-roll down to head high if you like. On low rates with low power settings, the Twistalso demonstrates stable slow-speed characteristics and very gentle stalls.

For convenient storage and transport to the flying field, the wing removes quickly and easily. The tail-mounted servos offer short and stiff linkages. And if you're into electric, the Twist 40 ARF can easily be adapted to electric power, using a Hacker brushless motor and the enclosed installation instructions.

Are you ready to spice up your weekend flying and show off some wild sport aerobatics? Hangar 9's Twist 40 ARF is your answer.
